But in\u00a0Inner Mongolia, the temperature often drops to -30\u2103. Obviously, -30\u00b0C is lower than the the working temperature of <span style=\"color: #0f0e17;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><a href=\"https:\/\/xinya-ee.com\/es\/products\/dc-fast-charger\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/xinya-ee.com\/products\/dc-fast-charger\/\">DC charger<\/a><strong>.<\/strong> <\/span>When the temperature is too low\u00a0to start, there will be the the following problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong><strong>Challenges<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">First, challenge in starting. When the temperature drops below -20\u2103, the activity of the components is significantly reduced, making it impossible to quickly respond to vehicle charging needs. Second, significant attenuation of charging power. Low-temperature environments will reduce the stability of power output from conventional charging modules. Even if starts reluctantly, it is difficult to maintain the rated output full power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, key components are prone to failure. At the same time, the ev charging station were installed under shelters. This can not only bolck the direct falling of snow and ice, but also reduce the snow accumlation, which can increase the working temperature and extend the service life of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">In&nbsp;terms of hardware selection, we implemented strict selection of key components. All key compontents have undergone low-temperature performance tests to ensure adaptiation to extreme low temperatuare. For the power modules and touch screens of conventional models that can only adapt to -30\u2103, they are fully replaced with wide-temperature adaptive models, which can stably adapt to the range working environment of -40\u2103 to 65\u2103. In addition, the core is equipped with a wide constant power charging module.
