The low-voltage internal control wiring connecting the control panel, sensors, and auxiliary circuits must also perform reliably at low temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Low temperatures can make control wire insulation brittle. When technicians open the charger for maintenance or repair, the control wires may bend or shift, causing the insulation to crack. Possible symptoms include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Abnormal temperature or status readings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss of communication with control modules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False triggering of emergency-stop or door-interlock signals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect charging-status information or unexpected charging interruptions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These symptoms can also be caused by sensors, connectors, or control modules.
