In addition, the high electricity price during grid peak hours is not conducive to providing favorable charging benefits for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><span style=\"color: #274a9e;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Low Clean Energy Utilization and Limited Intelligent Scheduling<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Solar power generation is restricted by weather and time, resulting in unstable power supply. The system cannot store excess daytime solar power, leading to waste of clean energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Solutions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">To address these challenges, the project establishes an intelligent energy management model that enables coordinated operation between power generation, EV charging, energy storage, and energy release. This closed-loop approach improves energy efficiency and optimizes overall power utilization.The specific solutions are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><span style=\"color: #274a9e;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Project Overview<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Spanning over 400 m\u00b2, the integrated parking facility features PV generation, energy storage, and EV charging systems. Rooftop PV modules convert solar energy into electricity, while lithium batteries store excess energy for use during low solar generation periods or peak electricity pricing hours.  EVs can be directly charged with power generated by the photovoltaic system or stored in the energy storage system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><span style=\"color: #274a9e;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Solar System<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">Solar modules are laid on the idle roof of the parking lot. The daytime solar power is directly supplied to new energy vehicles on site, realizing local consumption of green power and reducing reliance on municipal electricity. The system adopts 550W LONGi bifacial modules with a total capacity of 29.4kW and one Huawei inverter.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/xinya-ee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/59.4kW-Bifacial-Solar-modules.webp\" alt=\"59.4kW Bifacial Solar Modules\" class=\"wp-image-3059\" style=\"width:827px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><span style=\"color: #274a9e;\" class=\"stk-highlight\"><strong>Energy Storage System<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">The energy storage cabinet is equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries with a power of 125kW and a capacity of 215kWh. It stores surplus solar power generated in the daytime and releases power for charging at night, on rainy and cloudy days, or during grid peak power consumption periods. It effectively solves the intermittent problem of photovoltaic power supply and realizes peak shaving and valley filling of grid load.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/xinya-ee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/125kWh-Energy-Storage-Cabinet.webp\" alt=\"125kWh Energy Storage Cabinet\" class=\"wp-image-3061\" style=\"width:821px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:24px\"><strong><span style=\"color: #274a9e;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">EV<\/span> <span style=\"color: #274a9e;\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Charging System<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">The carport covers an area of 271m\u00b2 with 16 parking spaces. It is equipped with two 120kW DC chargers and two 14kW AC chargers independently developed by XYDF, supporting simultaneous charging for 8 EVs.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" src=\"https:\/\/xinya-ee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/120kW-EV-Charger.webp\" alt=\"120kW EV Charger\" class=\"wp-image-3060\" style=\"width:827px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\"><strong>Effects<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-size:18px\">The \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/xinya-ee.com\/pt\/solutions\/solar-storage-charging-solution\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/xinya-ee.com\/solutions\/solar-storage-charging-solution\/\">Solar + Storage + EV Charging<\/a><\/strong>\u201d Parking Lot generates approximately 60,000 kWh of green power annually, which is prioritized for employee vehicle charging and effectively reduces the factory\u2019s electricity expenditure. By virtue of peak shaving and valley filling via energy storage, it eliminates grid overload and voltage instability during peak power consumption, ensuring stable and safe charging services.
