Committed to advancing new energy and energy storage applications and accelerating the green, low-carbon transformation of industrial parks, XYDF partnered with Shenzhen Shenkai Electrical Appliances Industry Co., Ltd. to develop a PV + EV Charging integrated demonstration park at Shenkai Industrial Park. The project integrates renewable energy generation, intelligent charging infrastructure, and energy management technologies to achieve multiple objectives, including energy independence, reduced energy consumption, and sustainable low-carbon development.

2.53 MW Rooftop Solar System

The distributed rooftop solar system was implemented in three phases with a total installed capacity of 2.53 MW.

  • Phase I: 3,502 m² construction area, 622.38 kW installed capacity
  • Phase II: 3,560 m² construction area, 517.4 kW installed capacity
  • Phase III: 10,353 m² construction area, 1,391 kW installed capacity

The system generates approximately 2.3 million kWh of clean electricity annually, with all generated power consumed locally within the industrial park. This provides stable renewable energy support for charging operations while reducing dependence on traditional energy sources.


1.72 MW Intelligent EV Charging Infrastructure

To meet the charging demands of employees and daily industrial park operations, XYDF deployed a high-power EV charging system featuring:

  • Total charging capacity: 1,720 kW
  • Total charging spaces: 32
  • 2 × 800 kW flexible charging stacks
    • 4 liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging spaces (up to 600 kW)
    • 28 fast charging spaces
  • 1 × 120 kW integrated DC fast charger
    • 2 fast charging spaces

Through intelligent power distribution technology, the flexible charging system dynamically optimizes power allocation according to real-time charging demands, improving charging efficiency and operational flexibility.
