To strengthen team cohesion and improve communication between departments of the EV charger production line, XYDF organized a one-day team-building tour for all employees to Taishun County, Zhejiang Province.
The theme of the event was nature sightseeing and cultural exploration. We visited Ku Village, Fuqing Bridge, and Nanpu Creek

Walking through the cobbled alleys of Ku Village, with ancient walls dating back to the Tang and Song dynasties behind us, the weather was clear, and sunlight shone on the village paths. Everyone was immersed in the unique traditional cultural heritage of the Ku village, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of work.

By the side of Nanpu Creek, the fresh natural air was even more intense, and the damp smell of water mixed with the scent of green grass made everyone feel especially relaxed. We walked through the beautiful natural scenery, helping and sharing experiences along the way, with a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

At sunset, we held a unique bonfire party. Everyone gathered around the bonfire, singing, dancing, and playing interactive games. The one-day tour came to a perfect end in this lively atmosphere.

Through this blend of nature, cultural experience, and team interaction, the employees of New Asia Oriental not only relaxed their bodies and minds but also strengthened their relationships, significantly enhancing the team cohesion of the company.
