The EYU Series is a powerful ultra-fast EV charger for scaled power up to 320kW / 400kW. Developed by a leading ev charger manufacturer and wholesaler, this high performance system is tailored to the 800V/1000V high voltage architecture of next generation electric vehicles for optimum charging speed and station throughput.
With the EYU Series acting as the high-end 350kW DC fast charger product, charging dwell times are dramatically reduced. It is the best infrastructure solution to Charge Point Operators (CPO) for providing highway charging corridors, commercial fleet depots and ultra-fast urban charging hubs.
An ultra-fast EV charger is a direct current (DC) charger with a charging speed of 300kW or more. Instead of the standard 50kW–150kW fast chargers, ultra-fast chargers provide higher voltages and currents (up to 1000V) which means that compatible EVs can charge their batteries in much less time.
For CPOs, a roll-out of 350kW+ infrastructure translates to more vehicles served per day, a better user experience through less queuing and a future-proof investment as battery capacities from automakers continue to grow.
EYU Series equate to and surpass the industry standard 350kW charging system with up to 400kW configurations. This ensures fast energy exchange for passenger EVs, as well as heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
In order to allow for maximum grid efficiency, this high power EV charger features an enhanced in-head unit Dynamic Load Balancing (DLB) matrix. If two cars are plugged in at the same time, the system dynamically directs more power to the car that can accept it more quickly.
There is a lot of heat generated when running at 400kW. The EYU Series is developed based on the latest thermal simulation and advanced forced-air cooling system to ensure the internal power modules and heavy-duty charging cables at the best operating temperature.
Built for global Charge Point Operators, the EYU Series integrates seamlessly with third-party software networks.
Enable cross-country EV travel with 15-minute ultra-fast charging stops.
Minimize downtime for heavy-duty electric trucks and commercial delivery vans.
High-turnover, multi-dispenser stations for densely populated metropolitan areas.
Transition traditional fuel stations into modern energy hubs with fast throughput.

A 350kW DC fast charger is a very fast commercial EV charging system for which high-voltage direct current (up to 1000V) is supplied directly to an electric vehicle's battery, thereby decreasing the charging time significantly from what the 50kW chargers are able to deliver.
A 350kW charger can charge a high-voltage EV battery from 10% to 80% in roughly 10 to 25 minutes, depending on the vehicle's battery capacity limit and Battery Management System (BMS) under best case scenario.
The answer is yes, any EV equipped with the proprietary connector (such as CCS2) may hook up to a 350kW charger in a safe way. The car talks to the charger and it never sends more power than the car can accept.
Tesla vehicles can be charged at 350kW HPC (using a CCS adapter where applicable), but their peak charging rates are currently limited by the vehicle's architecture, generally around 250kW.
A Model 3 or Model Y can plug into a 350kW third-party DC fast charger, but the car will throttle the speed to its maximum acceptance rate of about 250kW at low SoCs.
The main interruption is the highest output level and speed of charge. A 350kW charger can provide more than twice the energy per minute than a 150kW unit, if the EV has the right architecture (usually 800V/1000V) to take that.
Yes. Both the BMS of the EV and the dynamic control software of the charger cooperate in real time to keep an eye on cell temperatures and voltage limits, shielding degradation and allowing safe energy transfer.
