Compact enclosure & high cost performance
EY series 40kW DC fast charger integrates power conversion and control system into a streamlined enclosure, designed for straightforward installation in both indoor and outdoor settings. Its primary uses include urban public parking lots, commercial centers, corporate campuses, and small-scale fleet operations where space is at a premium but fast charging capability is required.
The integrated 4.3-inch TFT color touchscreen allows for clear display of charging status and straightforward user interface. Authentication via RFID card facilitates controlled access and easy billing. Communication options like LAN, Wi-Fi, or GPRS connect the charger to back-end management platforms using the standardized OCPP 1.6 protocol. This enables full oversight, including session initiation, real-time monitoring, fault reporting, and software updates.
These appliances operate using forced air cooling, delivering reliable power across a broad range of environmental conditions while maintaining operational stability.

The portable 40kW DC fast charger is designed for versatile high-speed mobile charging of electric vehicles. Developed by a professional EV charger manufacturer, it includes power conversion, intelligent control systems and air conditioning in a single compact, mobile unit which can be rapidly deployed whenever fast charging is needed.
Unlike conventional DC stations that need expensive civil works and grid upgrades, this mobile EV charger is a plug-and-play solution suitable for temporary installations, roadside damage charging, and business fleet applications. It is available in 20 kW and 40 kW models and provides modular performance to meet changing business requirements.
A portable DC fast charger is a mobile unit that charges electric vehicles directly with high-power DC to the battery, without using a vehicle's internal onboard charger (OBC). It houses the CPO (Charge Point Operator) and the automotive workshop in one, directly enabling them to bring its DC fast charging to the road within seconds without permanent installation since it comes mounted on heavy-duty casters with an industrial power connection.
Featuring high efficiency power modules, the 40kW portable DC charger can output a maximum of 40 kWh energy per hour. For a normal EV (60kWh battery), it can be charged from 20% to 80% in just 30 ~ 45 minutes.
Reliable 20kW fast charging experience (adding approx. 100-120 km range per hour) Even the 20kW variant offers reliable ‐ and accelerated ‐ charging (for situations when mobility and flexibility trump absolute max power).
Compact enough to fit in rescue vehicles for on-the-spot EV breakdown assistance.
Flexible daily charging for logistics vans and corporate fleets without fixed infrastructure.
Temporary, high-power charging setups for auto shows, test drives, and outdoor events.
Shared fast charging capability across multiple service bays in automotive repair shops.
Many commercial buyers are shifting towards mobile EV charging solutions due to unmatched flexibility and significantly lower total cost of ownership (TCO):
| Feature | Portable AC Charger (Level 2) | Portable DC Fast Charger |
|---|---|---|
| Power Delivery | Alternating Current (AC) | Direct Current (DC) |
| Max Power Output | Typically 3.5kW – 22kW | 20kW – 40kW+ |
| Charging Speed | Slow to Medium (Hours) | Fast (Minutes) |
| Target Use Case | Home, overnight travel, personal use | Commercial fleets, emergency rescue, workshops |
Modern operators in mind, this charger fully supports OCPP 1.6J (Open Charge Point Protocol), allowing connection to third-party CSMS (Charge Station Management System). Operators have simple access for remote monitoring, dynamic billing and data analysis through LAN, Wi-Fi and 4G LTE modes. It has RFID authentication to use only authorized users to fleet operator.

Yes, mobile EV chargers, such as portable DC fast chargers, are being utilized in the commercial world to deliver high speed charging on a flexible basis without the requirement for a fixed installation.
Yes. Portable EV chargers are available as both AC (to charge overnight at home) and DC. DC portable chargers provide fast charging at the battery, perfectly suited for commercial and emergency applications.
The best choice depends on what you need. What I bring: a modest Level 2 AC cable (for personal travel, nothing more is required). On the other hand, for fleet management, auto repair shops or roadside assistance providers, a 20kW or 40kW portable DC fast charger is the optimum solution.
Yes, owing to the development of compact power modules and efficient cooling techniques, contemporary DC fast chargers with power ratings up to 40kW can be housed in mobile, wheeled enclosures for easy transportation.
Charges for services are different depending on location and provider. Rolling-wave operators put a premium on their rapid response versus the slower, more public stationary chargers – and sometimes a premium on price, too.
They are extremely flexible and often used in warehouses, car dealers, building sites, temporary event car parks and emergency road assistance fleets.
For DC FC, the majority of modern EVs use CCS2 (Europe/Asia) or CCS1 (North America). Older models and/or certain brands may use CHAdeMO or NACS connectors.
