As the charging station supplier for Chery EV, XYDF is asked to improve the charging service system at thousands of Chery dealerships.
The core challenge of the project is that the deployed charging station must achieve full-scenario and full-vehicle compatibility. It needs to support not only various Chery passenger cars but also meet the charging demands of commercial vehicles such as light trucks and heavy trucks.

The DC fast charging solution in this project is equipped with advanced wide-voltage adaptive technology, covering an operating voltage range of 200V–1000V. It can precisely match the voltage platforms of battery packs with different models and capacities, realizing one-to-one adaptation and full-vehicle compatibility.
The EV charger integrates a multi-protocol intelligent compatibility module, which fully complies with the Chinese charging standards GB/T 18487.1-2023 and GB/T 7930-2008, while also being deeply compatible with Chery’s proprietary automotive-grade communication protocols. It ensures stable, safe and efficient vehicle-to-charger communication.
Targeting the low-power demands of passenger cars and the high-power, fast-charging demands of light and heavy trucks, XYDF chargers can intelligently identify battery type, status and charging requirements through the BMS system, and dynamically adjust output current and power. With an output power range of 60kW–240kW, the chargers can intelligently switch charging strategies to achieve an optimal balance between ultra-high charging efficiency and battery lifespan protection, taking into account both operational efficiency and vehicle battery safety.
To date, more than 10,000 XYDF EV chrger have been installed and put into operation across Chery dealership service network. Through this in-depth cooperation, this highly adaptable and highly reliable charging solution will effectively help Chery build a comprehensive, efficient and secure official charging service network. And it further strengthens Chery’s service capabilities and overall competitiveness in the new energy vehicle aftermarket which brings users a more stable, convenient and secure charging experience.
