On July 16, 2026, a delegation from the Zhejiang Electrical Association visited XYDF for an on-site research and exchange visit.
The delegation visited the exhibition hall of XYDF firstly. The intelligent exhibition hall presents a strong sense of technology and futurism. The curved high-definition large screen dynamically displays the company’s intelligent manufacturing production lines and new energy product application scenarios. Combined with the atmospheric starry sky ceiling design, it fully showcases the company’s intelligent and modern development features. The delegation stopped at the circular interactive booth to observe the operation demonstration of energy storage equipment and learn about product technical principles, performance advantages and market applications.
The delegation conducted an on-site inspection of XYDF’s production facility. The workshop featured clean and well-organized green epoxy flooring, with automated production equipment systematically arranged and operating efficiently. The company’s intelligent manufacturing system is taking shape. Walking along the production line, the delegation examined the company’s precision manufacturing processes and standardized production procedures. Particular attention was given to the production area for mobile energy storage cabinets, where the delegation inquired in detail about product assembly processes, quality control standards, and the complete pre-delivery inspection system. The delegation spoke highly of the company’s rigorous quality management practices and well-established production system.
The delegation held discussions with key representatives of XYDF, focusing on industry-education collaboration, talent development, technological innovation, and industrial empowerment.
Dr. Gao from Wenzhou Polytechnic University proposed the establishment of a Smart New Energy Engineering Practice Center as a core initiative. He put forward several practical cooperation proposals, including jointly establishing training bases, developing industry-oriented courses, and building practice-based teaching platforms to strengthen collaboration between the university and the enterprise.
In response, Dr. Gao stated that the university would leverage its upgraded undergraduate education capabilities and align its talent development programs with the needs of the new energy industry. The university plans to provide XYDF with targeted talent in relevant disciplines, including electromechanical engineering and international trade, helping the company address its talent gaps and strengthen its long-term talent pipeline.
Representatives from the Secretariat of the Zhejiang Electrical Association stated that the association will continue to leverage its role as a bridge between industry, enterprises, and educational institutions. By integrating high-quality resources from universities and businesses, the association will facilitate more effective connections between talent, technology, and industry platforms.
The association will also support XYDF in developing a regional demonstration site for industry-education integration in the new energy sector, promoting technological upgrading and talent development through deeper collaboration between education and industry.
Through this initiative, the participating parties aim to contribute to the higher-quality, more efficient, and more innovative development of the regional new energy industry, while creating new opportunities for collaboration between enterprises, universities, and industry organizations.
